Quick off the snap, immediately changes direction and displays the ability to make plays down the line of scrimmage in pursuit of the action. Effectively uses his hands, keeps his feet moving on contact and gets a lot of momentum going up the field. Chases the action hard and also effectively diagnoses plays. Displays a burst of speed in his game.
Negatives: Struggles getting off blocks and gets handled at the point of attack. Cannot sustain his speed and possesses more of a short burst.
Analysis: Solomon was the playmaking defender that opponents could not stop in college. He'll be a situational lineman who can line up as a two-gap end, three-technique tackle or even across right tackle on occasion. He comes with a special teams mentality and could have a productive career as a backup in the NFL.
