Positives: Polished cornerback who displays good ball skills. Fluid pedaling in reverse, stays on the receivers? hip out of breaks and effectively positions himself to make plays on the ball. Displays a burst of closing and recovery speed. Effectively gets his head back around to locate the pass in the air in man coverage situations. Can turn it on in a single step. Quick up the field to help defend the run or screen passes.

Negatives: Gets beaten in battles by receivers on occasion. Does not possess elite downfield speed.

Analysis: Tandy is an underrated cornerback prospect with good cover skills and next level ability. He has the potential to be used in a variety of systems and on film comes across as someone who will help on kick and punt coverage units.
