Biography: Two-year starter who finished with career-best numbers of 64 receptions/1161 yards/5 as a senior. Long jumper on the UCLA track and field team.
Positives: Reliable college receiver who could potentially move to tight end in the NFL. Big, strong and wins out in battles. Makes the difficult catch with defenders draped on him. Takes the big hit yet holds onto the throw. Displays good awareness on the field. Uses his frame to protect the pass. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, extends his hands and offers the quarterback a nice target.
Negatives: Displays marginal quickness and does not possess a downfield burst. Unnecessarily lets the pass get inside him at times.
Analysis: Rosario was a solid possession receiver in college yet has the body type and size to move inside at the next level. He could develop into a downfield threat at the tight end position or remain a very ordinary possession wideout.
