Biography: Three-year starter awarded all-conference honors since his freshman season and named to several All-American teams in 2010. Senior totals included 162 attempts/763 yards/6 TDs on the ground with 18 receptions for 193 yards and 1 TD as a receiver. Limited to six games last season after suffering head and pelvis injuries. Junior rushing totals included 317/1871/21.

Positives: Tough, productive interior ball carrier who does the little things well. Patient, waits for blocks to develop and finds the running lanes. Keeps his feet moving on contact, drives through tackles and does not go down without a fight. Has a compact build, possesses a short burst of speed and gives effort blocking. Squares into defenders and does enough to seal opponents from the action. Solid pass catcher who keeps the play inbounds running after the reception, working to pick up positive yardage.

Negatives: Lacks the speed and agility to turn the corner or beat defenders into the open field. Marginal quickness in his game and doesn?t create yardage.

Analysis: Eachus was incredibly productive on the college level and is a serviceable prospect who can be used on third-down situations in the NFL.
