School: Miami (FL)
HT: 6'5"
WT: 219 lbs.
40 Time: 4.37

Biography: Former backup who moved into the starting lineup as a junior and posted career-best numbers of 46 receptions/811 yards/8 TDs. Totaled six receptions the prior two seasons.

Positives: Tall, fluid pass catcher with deceptive playmaking ability. Consistently finds the soft spot in the defense, uses his frame as an advantage and physically beats opponents to come away with the ball. Makes difficult catches with defenders draped on him and wins out in battles. Solid route runner for a big receiver and easily adjusts the errant throw. Deceptively fast and possesses the ability to get downfield. Displays good focus and concentration, looks the pass into his hands and can make over-the-shoulder catches downfield.

Negatives: Lacks a quick release off the line of scrimmage and shows minimal overall quickness. Unnecessarily lets the pass get inside him at times. Inconsistent running routes.

Analysis: Streeter is coming off a tremendous season and has a lot of upside to his game. He plays fast and plays big and possesses all the skills to eventually develop into a No. 2 receiver for an NFL team.

Projection: 3rd
