Negatives: Not aggressive and doesn?t fight for the ball. Lacks a quick release off the line. Let's a lot of catchable throws slip through his hands.

Analysis: Carter has shown flashes of ability the past three seasons and has a nose for the big play. His attention to detail is questionable and must be corrected if he's to make it at the next level.
