Summary

He was off most draft boards most of the 1997 season because of off the field problems that reslulted in his suspension... he was charged burglary and and threft and also illegedly broke into a girlfriend’s apartment and as a result he was given a 30 jail sentence...however all parties worked to resolve the situation and he wound out playing for the Seminoles and the end of the season and was productive enough to merit a look...he has never been a full time starter but was a regular contributer in 1995 and 1996 with adequate results...in his 1997 limited play time, he wound up with 21 tackles...he has decent size and pretty good AA and can be an inside force when he wants to..he is strong at the TOA...he will work to finish the play and does a good job of stacking and holding his own vs. inside run...he is not a guy that does a great job getting off blocks and he can have some trouble getting cut and staying on his feet...he is a little bit of a short area inside mawler that plays more like a two gap guy than a one gap penetrator...he dosn’t give you alot of pass rush moves or niftiness but he can pile things up inside on run plays...he is not a naturally instictive player and isn’t always around the ball but he makes enough plays to be somewhat intriguing...he did not worked out at the combine which bothered some people and teams need to get an accurate read on him athletically entering the draft...if he works out well at the end and NFL teams are comfortable with his character, and past history, he could be a fairly solid pick as a run stuff.
