| Summary
He has really cooled off on most draft boards after a medicore senior year that saw him split time at the RB position...he is a good college player but doesn’t seem to be anything magical to his game...he has quickness and some elusivness and shows some COD in the open field...he follows his blocks fairly well and he has good initial quicks to the hole and does a decent job of boucning the run outside...however, he is not a power player and won’t break alot of tackles and doesn’t seem to be a very creative runner...he is probably more of an efficient type RB than anything else...he is adequate out of the back field but does not catch the ball real naturally and is not a guy that could project to be a third down back...he is a good overall player that is just not a real exciting guy and doesn’t seem to fit in any particular NFL role unless it would be as a fourth or fifth RB...he finished 1997 with 170 carries for 809 yds and 10 TDs and caught 7 passes...had his best year in 1996 when he rushed for 1484 yds and 17 TDs and caught 19 passes.
