| Summary
Two year starter on talented FSU offense, had outstanding senior year, and was named the ACC offensive player of the year. He is a physical type QB with good overall size and a solid arm. He has had a great surrounding cast on the college level and while some critics think he is a product of the system, but he may be a little better than that. He has decent AA and movement and has good mobility in the pocket and the ability to escape. He can make all the throws with good velocity and he has pretty good toughness and can take a hit...however, for a guy that has been in a pro-style offense, he doesn't always do a great job reading defenses and finding secondary receivers. He tends to be very streaky and can look bad at times despite the great players around him. He does not have great mechanics or techniques, and will sometimes look more like a “care taker” of the offense than a guy that can win a game with his arm and head. He does have enough physical tools and experience in a big time program and pro-style offense to certainly be an intriguing prospect. The big question for Busby on the next level will be: is he an outstanding player in his own right or simply a QB that a great college offense has somewhat carried during his career?
