| Summary
Has been 3-year starter at OSU and has played both DS and DC, although he missed the '96 season due to academics. He finished strong in 1997 with 55 tackles, and 6 Int. He is more of a physical type DC than most, and seems to actually enjoy coming up vs. the run and tackling. He has decent range, but lacks great m/m cover speed. He does not show a burst or a lot of catch up speed, but he does have fairly good hips and turns in his transition. His playing style is really more of a DS in terms of run support and open field range, but he simply doesn't have the size to compete on the NFL level. He could possibly fit as a nickle type DC that is physical enough to cover inside receivers in passing situations, but he doesn't have a lot to develop. He is a pretty good and instinctive player, but he will need to find a home on the next level.
