JC transfer with experience at DE and OT. Started career at Iowa State as a DL, but started at LOT in 1997. Does not have a lot of experience at the position, but played well enough in 1997 to garner some interest by NFL teams. A little bit of an ascending player with some developmental qualities. Has natural size and strength and has good overall movement. May have good enough feet and AA to stay at LOT. Good wall off abilities, can adjust and move on run, and shows some slide and mirror ability. A position type player that is not real explosive at the POA and has some trouble with a bull rusher. Does not always look instinctive because of lack of background and will have some "whiffs" at times. However, he made enough improvement in 1997 to warrant a look and he may be a developmental type player that can improve enough to contribute with NFL coaching.
