Summary

Has been bothered by some off the field problems such as a DUI in 1996 that cost him several games...he finished the 1997 season with 68 catches for 897 yds. and 9 TDs...and also excelled on KORs and PRs... versatility may be his greatest asset...he is a guy that is quicker than fast, and although he does not have great speed...he has a little burst and he shows the ability to separate...he is very dependable in the passing game and knows how to work the seams and zones...he reads defenses pretty well and he gets some seperation..he is exc after the catch and has good ability in maneuver in the open field...he is not a very big guy and the lack of deep speed hinders his big play capabilities, although he seems to play a little faster than his times indicate...he has not had a lot of experience in a passing offense and may need some refinement in running routes, although he seems to have natural skills in that area...if NFl teams are comfortable with his character and background, and they can live with his size and lack of deep speed, he can be a productive return specialist and complimentary WR for the team that selects him.
