Summary Although he is not very big and physical, he may be the best m/m cover guy in this draft.. He has excellent AA and speed and is outstanding in his hips and turns, and can turn and run with most WRs. He has excellent closing quicks and a burst to the ball, and gets a good jump. For a little guy he is very feisty vs. the run and is a willing tackler, but he is simply not big enough to be a strong force in run support. If a team is looking for a tight m/m cover guy, Starks may be the guy.
