| Summary
Had his best year in ‘97 and really emerged as a tough, physical type FB. He has excellent size and overall strength and he has shown good inside run skills. He plays with good leverage and has excellent leg drive and falls forward and makes yards after contact. He does not have great speed or elusiveness, although he doesplay a little faster than his 40 times indicate. While he is a solid and willing blocker, he is not quite as explosive and powerful as one might imagine for his size. He is a weaver type runner that does not have alot of niftiness in the open field, but he is a load between the tackles. He did not have a great combine workout and can appear somewhat sluggish at times... would be good in a one back offense or SY and GL situations. One of the few true FBs in this draft, although he is not a finished product.
