| Summary
All ACC in 1997 as he caught 31 passes for 326 yards and 3 TDs. He is a short TE that excels in the passing game and has natural receiving skills. He has played in a pro-style offense and appears to have a good feel for the passing game. He has decent toughness which may come from his background as an outstanding high school LB. He is a guy that can stretch a defense and he is tough to match up on in passing situations. He has the ability to separate and get open and he is at his best when he is on the move or in an H back type role. However, his lack of height and mass really hinder him in the blocking area. He is not physical at the POA and simply does not have enough size to match up against DEs. As a result, he is not used much in that are and may not have much of a chance to improve as a blocker on the NFL level. If he can get with a team that will allow him to move and be utilized in the receiving game, he could be a nice addition to a roster.
