Summary He looked like a sure top ten draft pick entering the 1997 season, but he was suspended in pre-season for illegal inducements by a sports agent and sat out the entire year. He showed up at the Sr. Bowl, but was sluggish and did not look very physical, and actually looked out of place at DT. His stock has dropped because of it, and it will be difficult for him to get his previous draft status back between now and the draft.. He must have some impressive workouts and a great combine to become a hot guy again. He does have good overall quickness and mobility for an inside player. He is a one gap type guy that relies on slipping blocks to get to the ball. He has good effort at the POA vs. the run, but he is not a real physical force. Some people may project him outside, but he may not have the speed to be a premier rusher off the corner, although his quickness is certainly adequate. This is a good college football player that may have a difficult time fitting in the right system to be a high draft pick.
