Summary

Riley is the closest thing to an underachiever in this years OL group...He is a gifted athlete, and combines good feet and mobility with natural strength and leverage...Some teams have projected him at OG, but he can also play ROT and has the AA to play LOT...He is confusing to many NFL teams, because for all of his ability, he is not considered a “finisher”....He does not dominate at the POA, does not play a real physical brand of football, but doesn’t give up a lot of plays either...There seems to be no middle ground on this guy, the either you really like him and think his marginal play is a result of the system, or you don’t like him and think his immaturity will follow him to NFL where he will continue to be an underachiever...The off-season will be an important time for Riley to either enhance his draft status, or simply force him to fall back into the category of another big and athletic player that doesn’t have what it takes.
