| Summary
Big physical WR that has come out of nowhere to be a fairly hot draft prospect...he had an exc INDY work out in terms of AA (VJ of 36”, and a BJ 10’ 7”, SS in 4.03)...his 40 time was only in the 4.55 range but it was a solid overall workout...he had a great senior year and also really flashed in the Blue-Grey game and had decent Senior Bowl but did not look as good as he had earlier...he has almost TE or H back type size and is a real smooth athlete...he can push off defenders and has the ability to shield DB from the ball and simply out muscle most guys covering him...he has big hands and natural receiving skills and is fairly dependable catching the ball...he will come over the middle and make the catch a the crowd...he can push off the bump and has good initial quickness off the ball...he will need some refining of his routes...he doesn’t always show a great feel for the passing game and he sometimes struggles to find the open seams and zones...while he has decent speed and quickness, he is not explosive in and out of his cuts and is not a guy that appears to have an extra gear...he will have some periods where he does not look very confident catching the ball and will drop some balls that he should easily catch...if he is healthy,( has had some knee problems in the past), he is a pretty exciting pick...he has a ways to go in terms of development but his rare size and good AA give him a chance to really improve on the next level...this could be one of the sleepers of the draft.
