| Summary
Has really emerged in this draft after being a somewhat unknown player entering the 1997 season. Had and excellent Indy workout which raisesd his status. Showed excellent AA and movement in his SS, good speed in his 40, good lower body explosion in his VJ and a strong BP of 34. He is a four year starter at Kent State and played OC in '94, '95 and '96 while moving to OT in '97. He had a solid Senior Bowl week and seems capable of adjusting to a higher level of competition. He has been a very solid college player with good overall AA and movement. Can finish his blocks. Good position in feet, rarely on the ground, can adjust in space, has ability to get to LB, can handle power rusher in pass pro and shows adequate movement in mirror and slide. Not easily overpowered in run game and can hold his own in a short area. Does not have a lot of wide range and may not quite have the AA to play at LOT against wide speed rushers. Should continue to improve and learn with NFL coaching and OC may be his best spot, but he could also play OG. A guy that is rising in this draft and may be picked a little higher than many people realize. Could develop into a pretty solid NFL player.
