| Summary
He may be a little bit of an underrated player as he was not featured in Michigan's offense, but has been productive when carrying the ball. He has only had one full year as a starter, finishing 1997 with 262 yards and 2 TDs while catching 7 passes. He shows some ability as an inside runner in his limited carries, but doesn't have a lot of range or avoid in the open field. He is basically a straigh line, inside guy with some quickness. He does play with good toughness and aggressiveness and will attack the defender and shows the abiltiy to be an unselfish and effective blocker. He does not have great adjust in the open field as a runner or blocker and, at times, looks a little stiff and straight line. He is only an adequate athlete, but he has played in a big time program and may be a little better if he gets a chance to carry the ball more. He is not a true runner or a dominating blocker, but he is a pretty good football player that may find a role.
