ATLANTA (CNN/SI) -- Here's the selection order for the 1999 NFL Draft, set for April 17-18. A few key picks have already changed hands -- the Panthers' pick went to Washington when Carolina got Sean Gilbert, while the Chargers' pick went to Arizona in the Ryan Leaf trade. Washington's second pick went to Minnesota in the Brad Johnson, and the Jets sent their first-rounder to New England when they signed Curtis Martin.
