NEW YORK (AP) -- Five teams were in going into the week, and six more -- Green Bay, Dallas, Jacksonville, Buffalo, New England and Miami -- clinched playoff spots this weekend. At least one spot (the last NFC wild card) will be decided in Week 17. Here's what teams accomplished this week: Minnesota Vikings (14-1): Clinched home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with win over Jaguars. Denver Broncos (13-2): Have clinched AFC West title and home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs. Atlanta Falcons (13-2): Clinched NFC West title and a first-round bye when the 49ers lost to the Patriots. New York Jets (11-4): Clinched AFC East title with win over Bills. Can clinch first-round playoff bye with a Jacksonville loss. San Francisco 49ers (11-4): Have clinched a playoff berth. Jacksonville Jaguars (10-5): Clinched AFC Central title with the Oilers' loss to the Packers. Green Bay Packers (10-5): Clinched playoff berth when the Buccaneers lost to Redskins on Sunday. Miami Dolphins (10-5): Clinched wild-card spot with Monday night's win over Broncos. Buffalo Bills (9-6): Clinched playoff berth with the Oilers' loss to the Packers. New England Patriots (9-6): Clinched playoff berth with their win and Tennessee's loss. Dallas Cowboys (9-6): Clinched NFC East title with win over the Eagles. Arizona Cardinals (8-7): Can clinch playoff berth next week with a win against Chargers at home next week.
