REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (AP) - The 20-year-old daughter of NFL Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff was found strangled Tuesday on a community college campus, sheriff's detectives said.

A murder warrant was issued for Tracey Biletnikoff's boyfriend, Mohammed Ali, a former Fiji Islands resident who was believed to be driving her car.

Maintenance workers picking up garbage discovered her partially clothed body on a hillside between a parking lot and a tennis court at Canada College, about 20 miles south of San Francisco.

Biletnikoff was reported missing early Tuesday and had not been seen since she and Ali, 23, were involved in a domestic disturbance.

Authorities would not give details of the killing or say whether Biletnikoff had been sexually assaulted. When asked whether she was a student at the college, sheriff's Sgt. Bill Cody said there was a connection, but would not elaborate.

Fred Biletnikoff and his former wife, who lives in Southern California, were notified of their daughter's death.

"They're pretty devastated, as you would expect," Cody said.

Biletnikoff, who has four other children, is in his ninth year as wide receivers coach with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Raiders from 1965-78 and was named MVP of Super Bowl XI.

He was the team's all-time leading receiver with 589 catches until Tim Brown broke that record two years ago.
