St. Louis Rams at Carolina Panthers
Week 14 Preview - He's Baaaack . . .

December 03, 2000
by: Sportvision

The Rams hope Kurt Warner brings some spark as he comes back into the starting lineup. St. Louis was 2-3 without him, including a 27-24 loss to Carolina at the RCA Dome. Carolina dispatched Green Bay's playoff hopes last week, and wants to put a serious dent in St. Louis' this week. If Warner finds Torry Holt downfield though, there will be no upset.

Coaching Points:

  • With the Panthers in Cover 2, Warner looks for his wide receivers matched up against the safeties.
  • CB Doug Evans (33) is pulled to the flat by Marshall Faulk (28), leaving Holt (88) alone with Robinson (41).
