INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) -- Three weeks ago,
Peyton Manning
and the
Indianapolis Colts
handed the
Jacksonville Jaguars
their first loss of the season.
On Sunday, the Colts look to continue their success against their AFC South rivals when the Jaguars visit the RCA Dome.
Edgerrin James
scored on a three-yard run with 3:33 remaining and the Colts used a late defensive stand en route to a 24-17 victory over the Jaguars on October 3.
With the Jaguars bidding for another late game-tying drive, linebacker

on a 4th-and-1 play with under two minutes remaining, allowing the Colts to hold on.
The NFL's reigning co-Most Valuable Player,
Peyton Manning
was perfect on Indianapolis' three touchdown drives, completing 13-of-13 passes for 162 yards. He finished 20-of-29 for 220 yards, including touchdowns of 15 yards to
Marvin Harrison
and 16 yards to tight end
Marcus Pollard
.
Indianapolis held Taylor to 68 yards on 20 carries. He had 278 rushing yards in two games against the Colts last season.
Jacksonville's
Byron Leftwich
had his best game of the season, going 29-of-41 for 318 yards.
Coming off their bye, the Colts own the NFL's higest-scoring offense at 31.8 points per game. Manning has thrown for 1,321 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Manning completed 16-of-26 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns and James had a season-high 136 yards and a TD as the Colts extended their winning streak to four games with a 35-14 rout of Oakland on October 10.
For the fourth time this season, the Jaguars won in the final minute following a 22-16 victory over Kansas City last week.
Leftwich threw a 14-yard touchdown to
Cortez Hankton
with 52 seconds remaining to lift the Jaguars to their latest dramatic victory.
