Steve Atwater made a career-low 68 tackles this season, but the safety hasn't really slipped; the rest of the Broncos' defense has improved. On this play against Pittsburgh in the AFC title game, Atwater got plenty of help from CB Ray Crockett (obscured). Atwater and Crockett sandwiched Yancey Thigpen, and Crockett wound up with the crucial interception.
