Denver's 1995 signing of Rod Smith may have been a reach, but the undrafted free agent out of Missouri Southern proved he could play. When the Broncos released Anthony Miller last summer, Smith became John Elway's primary deep threat. He responded with 70 catches for 1,180 yards and 12 touchdowns.
