Rams quarterback Kurt Warner threw for four touchdowns. Yawn.

St. Louis receiver Torry Holt had 189 receiving yards. So what.

San Francisco's Charlie Garner rushed for 201 yards. Wait a minute.

While the St. Louis offense continued to pour it on against another helpless defense, the 49ers' Garner became the second back this season to rush for more than 200 yards against the Cowboys. The former University of Tennessee standout also scored a touchdown in the second quarter.

Another former Volunteer, Baltimore rookie Jamal Lewis, notched his first NFL 100-yard rushing game with 116 yards in the Ravens' 37-0 rout of Cincinnati.

With his 336-yard passing performance against Atlanta, Warner now owns the NFL-record for most passing yards after four games with 1,557, eclipsing the mark of 1,417 set by Drew Bledsoe in 1994.

Green Bay quarterback Brett Favre threw like the man who led the Packers to two consecutive Super Bowls in a win over Arizona. Favre threw for 277 yards on 17-of-31 passing with one touchdown.

Amazingly, Holt got all his receiving yardage on three catches, two of which were touchdown grabs.

But it was Kansas City tight end Tony Gonzalez who had a career game. The Chiefs' No. 1 pick in 1997, Gonzalez set career highs with 10 receptions for 127 yards. He also scored a touchdown in the Chiefs' 23-22 win over Denver.

Monday night had several spectacular performances as well, led by Peyton Manning's Colts record 440-yard game. Manning threw four touchdowns, one of them to Terrence Wilkins who caught nine passes for 148 yards and a touchdown. Jacksonville's Jimmy Smith grabbed nine passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns, bringing his season totals to 36 catches for 516 yards and six touchdowns.
