War Room 1999 Draft Top 70

It is very speculative to give college players a grade before they start their senior year. As a result; the War Room has initially put players into categories, with specific grades coming after the season.

NOTE: We have included underclassmen in our Super 70. It is not the policy of the War Room to encourage underclassmen to leave school early. Players and families should research the data available to them regarding the draft process, including the NFL committee that specifically answers these questions. Young players entering the draft is a fact of life and to be credible, we must include them in any draft list. We simply urge that coaches, players and families perform "due diligence" before making a decision.
