It wasn’t in typical Tiger fashion, but the result was just the same. Tiger Woods held off the surprising Bob May in a three-hole playoff to win the PGA Championship on Sunday and join Ben Hogan as the only golfers to win three majors in one year. After needing to make a birdie putt on the 72nd hole just to send the tournament to a playoff, Woods became the first back-to-back winner at the PGA in 63 years.
