SPORTS ILLUSTRATEDKarrie Webb won't break Mickey Wright's record of 13 victories in a season, but five wins by June 13 isn't bad. Bruce Fleisher, who won for the fourth time in '99, has a shot at the Senior standard (nine). Who's more dominant? The numbers say Webb. She's 130 under par this year; Fleisher 76. Webb's 68.79 scoring average would dust the LPGA record (69.99). Fleisher's 69.59 leads his tour, but Hale Irwin's record of 68.59 is safe.
