The Rankings were compiled by the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA), led by Bob Chmiel and Randy Taylor. Chmiel brings more than 25 years of recruiting experience, including seven years as Notre Dame's director of football Operations, recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. He also served as Michigan's recruiting coordinator. Taylor was UCLA's director of football operations from 1996-2003 and was once honored as the nation's No. 1 director of football operations for his recruiting success. In this story Moses is the mountain, he's huge. His mobility and athleticism are surprising for his size. Morgan can play the back side tackle because it will take defenders a long time to get around him. Corey is an active lineman who gets good penetration and can fill his gap. He does an excellent job of attacking the ball carrier. Being recruited by: USC, Ohio State, Arizona State
His natural speed and quickness will take him a long way. When he gets some good weight on in college he can be special. Being recruited by: Tennessee
Barrett has the receiving skills of a wide receiver and will block. His height is below what most think of for a tight end but he can do the job just fine. Being recruited by: Texas
Chris is very instinctive. He has really good anticipation and sees the plays develop in front of him. He'll make a lot of plays that way. Being recruited by: South Carolina
Has the ability to stretch the field. He accelerates quickly and has good top end speed. As he gets bigger, stronger and faster he'll be a solid deep threat on every play. Being recruited by: West Virginia
Wood is instinctive with good reactions. He has good closing speed and can finish the play. Being recruited by: Ohio State
D has a great get off and a ggod motor, just the tools needed to be a dominant DT. Now if he can get to 290 or so that will do it, otherwise he'll be a very good end. Being recruited by: Florida State
What an athlete Jeffrey is. He has great balance and ball skills to go with his size. He makes the acrobatic catch look simple and then he runs over, around and through defenders. His upside is tremendous! Being recruited by: South Carolina

Chris definitely understands how to stop the defenders momentum with a solid punch. He is an excellent prospect and can anchor a dominating line. He's got a throwback mentality and shows it in his hard nose play. Being recruited by: Notre Dame
This young man is what everyone is looking for to anchor a defense. Antwan is huge, tough, nasty and athletic. He chases very well for a guy his size. Some of the plays he makes are usually done on Sundays. Wilson plays with great pad level and explosion. He is quick hitting the hole and then making a decisive cut. Being recruited by: Virginia Tech
Willie is a smooth kid with excellent feet and athleticism. He looks like he'll grow into a big weapon once he gets in a strength program. Being recruited by: Florida State
Chris is a big upright runner that can run over smaller defenders. He runs downhill but doesn't posses the speed and elusiveness to be a difference maker. His best position may be at linebacker. Being recruited by: Texas
Bryce is a wirey player with the ability to take an underneath pass to the house at any time. He posses good speed and shiftyness that helps him pick up chunks of yardage. Being recruited by: Minnesota, Michigan, California, Colorado, Florida
Logan is an intriguing prospect. He is athletic and looks like he enjoys delivering a blow. He could probably play several positions on a football team and do them well. Use your imagination. Being recruited by: Clemson, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, West Virginia
