The Rankings were compiled by the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA), led by Bob Chmiel and Randy Taylor. Chmiel brings more than 25 years of recruiting experience, including seven years as Notre Dame's director of football Operations, recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. He also served as Michigan's recruiting coordinator. Taylor was UCLA's director of football operations from 1996-2003 and was once honored as the nation's No. 1 director of football operations for his recruiting success. These rankings will be updated throughout the season and will include season statistics, college commitments, a list of schools the player is considering and videos on TAKKLE.com. Brock is a tough and competitive player. He catches the ball well and runs good routes. His blocking is solid and should improve as he adds weight and strength in college. Being recruited by: Mississippi State, Stanford, Ole Miss
Scott is quick, strong and fast. He sees the cut back lane very well and can cut and accelerate to take advantage. Being recruited by: Auburn
Allan is very accurate and throws on time. He has a good feel for the pocket and can pick up yards when flushed if needed. Being recruited by: California
Davis is a physical tackler and aggressive in coverage. He has the skills to cover the slot and bigger receivers. He'll be a solid and versatile college DB. Being recruited by: Florida
Knile is a productive big back. He has a spin move and a stutter step that he uses along with his athleticism to pick up positive yards. Being recruited by: Arkansas
Greg catches the ball very well with his hands. He is a tall kid that in a short time should get thickner and be a tremendous possession receiver. Being recruited by: Texas
Marlon has quick feet and good length. He is slightly built and should get bigger, stronger and faster. A good upside. Being recruited by: Notre Dame
Philipp is a tough brawler that comes to work with his lunch pale to do his job. He gets in the trenches and battles. His physical style of punching and locking on wears down the guys he blocks. Being recruited by: Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, Washington
Boyd is a good size athlete with potential on both sides of the ball. He has the frame to get bigger, faster and stronger which is what he should do to play defensive end where he'll get the most minutes. Being recruited by: USC
Kenny is a talented kid. He is quick and runs well and catches the ball well. A college strength program will help him reach his high level of potential. Being recruited by: LSU
DJ is very quick to the hole and shows an early burst. He can make the linebackers miss at the second level with hopes that he can find a big seam to go the rest of the way. Being recruited by: Maryland
Very quick, elusive and athletic player. The thing about Denard is that he thinks he can always make the big play regardless of the odds. A lot of the times he's right. Being recruited by: Florida, Georgia, Louisville, Michigan, Ohio State, Rutgers, Central Florida, Auburn
Tony's a big guy with explosion and quickness. He can help a team on either side of the ball. Being recruited by: Michigan
Nick could be a real load in the future. He runs fairly well, is athletic and it looks like he can bend his knees. He's just very raw. He may even end up an Olineman. Being recruited by: Colorado, Florida, Kansas State, Miami, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, USC
Michael is a tall, lanky receiver with good hands and body control. He'll be a tough match up for most DBs. Being recruited by: Alabama
Jordan is a good size, physical run stopper. He excels between the tackles where he can use his size and strength. Being recruited by: Ohio State
Kalvin is a quick, tough runner with the ability to change direction easily. He catches the ball well and will be a threat in long yardage situations. Being recruited by: Texas A&M
White is a big strong lineman that moves well for his size. A training program at the next level will do a lot for this kid. Being recruited by: Florida, Maryland, Miami, Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Penn State, Pittsburg, Syracuse, NC State, Illinois
Fields has good hands and is a good straight line runner. He has the ability to go get a ball at its highest point. Being recruited by: Ohio State
Roberts is a long strider that is deceptively fast. He has good body control and adjusts to the ball well. Being recruited by: Stanford
Norman has good explosion and power. He will be a very solid backer from tackle to tackle. Being recruited by: Michigan State
Chris is a heat seeking missle that can change a game with his effort and intimidation. He's got enough athleticism and speed to make him effective at the college level especially on special teams. Being recruited by: South Carolina
Terrific speed and quickness. Plays QB for his high school, need to project to receiver or DB. Being recruited by: Auburn
Jon is very accurate and throws on time. He has a nice field general presence to him and looks confident with every pass. Being recruited by: Wisconsin
Chris is a big man with the tools to be an excellent Olineman. He uses his hands well and delivers a blow to the defender and once he locks on...forget about it. Being recruited by: LSU ![]() |
