The Rankings were compiled by the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA), led by Bob Chmiel and Randy Taylor. Chmiel brings more than 25 years of recruiting experience, including seven years as Notre Dame's director of football Operations, recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. He also served as Michigan's recruiting coordinator. Taylor was UCLA's director of football operations from 1996-2003 and was once honored as the nation's No. 1 director of football operations for his recruiting success.
