For the 10th time in their 76-year history, the Detroit Red Wings are Stanley Cup champs. The Wings defeated the Hurricanes 3-1 on Thursday to win their third title in the past six years. Legendary coach Scotty Bowman announced his retirement after winning the Cup for a record ninth time.
