Dan Cloutier
Vancouver Canucks
34 saves, .944 save pct.
Clooch has been clutch for the Canucks. Though the Wings have been peppering him with shots, Dan Cloutier has been up to the challenge, saving 66 of 71 shots in the two games. Only perfect shots have been getting past him, as Cloutier has used his exceptional agility to stymie ordinary shots at the net.

Bates Battaglia
Carolina Hurricanes
1 goal, 1 assist, even, 3 shots, 22:49 ice time, 31 shifts
Normally a goal-mouth mucker not appearing on your highlights, Bates Battaglia made two spectacular plays in Game 2. His blind pass to Erik Cole for a second-period goal was surpassed only by his perfect backhand redirection past Martin Brodeur to win it in OT.

Arturs Irbe
Carolina Hurricanes
30 saves, .968 save pct.
Many 'Canes stood tall in Game 2, but none taller than 5-foot-8 Arturs Irbe. Archie made the Devils looks like a bunch of jugheads with his impressive positioning and solid netminding. After giving up a five-hole goal to Bobby Holik early in the second, Irbe tightened it up and didn't allow anything else past him to get his second conecutive 2-1 win.
