Injury update Keane, Tanguay return, but Hinote, Yelle out for Game 7Posted: Friday May 31, 2002 7:16 PMDETROIT (AP) -- The Colorado Avalanche scratched injured forwards Dan Hinote and Stephane Yelle from Friday night's Game 7 of the Western Conference finals against Detroit. Hinote broke a bone in his left leg in Game 5, and Yelle sprained his neck in Game 6. Forwards Mike Keane and Alex Tanguay, who were questionable because of injuries, were able to start the game. The winner of the game advances to play the Carolina Hurricanes in the Stanley Cup finals, which will begin Tuesday night.
