The 2003 NHL Entry Draft got off to a rousing start Saturday when the Pittsburgh Penguins made a deal to jump up to the No. 1 spot and grab Cape Breton Screaming Eagles goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury. He joins Rick DiPietro at the only netminders to be selected first overall in the NHL Draft.
