Elsa Hasch/Allsport DALLAS (AP) -- The status of the Dallas Stars center, Mike Modano remained uncertain Friday morning. The Stars lost their All-Star to a wrist injury during the last ten minutes of a 4-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres in Game Two of the Stanley Cup finals Thursday night. The team says Modano is day-to-day. ESPN reports Modano broke his wrist and is out for the rest of the series. But Stars trainer David Surprenant dismisses the report. He tells The Associated Press Modano "is NOT out for the series."
