Brodeur sparkles as Devils finish off sweep of Panthers
Pavel Bure finally scored, but it didn't matter. Bure's first-period goal was the only flaw in an otherwise perfect night for Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur. Sergei Nemchinov scored twice as New Jersey finished off a four-game sweep of Florida with a 4-1 win Thursday, marking the Devils' first trip to the second round since 1997.
