Tim Simpson holds the tour mark for the best g.i.r. percentage ever achieved over a full year -- 74.0 percent in 1992.
Boss of the Moss boss of Brown Deer ParkSome golfers always play well at certain courses. For Loren Roberts , that's Brown Deer Park, the site of this week's Greater Milwaukee Open. From 1994-99, Roberts has shot in the 60s 17 times for a collective 67 under par. The popgun hitting but pure putting 45-year-old veteran set the tournament scoring record of 265 with his victory in 1996, and has two other runner ups. Naturally, he's back this weekend.

By winning the Ford Senior Players Championship, Irwin would notch his seventh Senior tour major championship, putting him only one behind the leader, Jack Nicklaus .
