Roger Clemens, Craig Biggio, Andy Pettitte's sons drafted by MLB teams
Kacy Clemens, a Texas high school right-handed pitcher, was taken by the Houston Astros in the 35th round - 34 rounds later than his famous father went 30 years ago to Boston as the 19th overall pick.
Cavan Biggio, a Houston-area high school second baseman, went to Philadelphia in the 29th round. Josh Pettitte, a Texas high school righty, was taken in the 37th round by the Yankees - on the day his father earned his 250th career victory.
Detroit outfielder Torii Hunter also saw his son, Torii Hunter Jr., a Texas high school outfielder, taken by the Tigers in the 36th round. Colorado high school shortstop Brodie Weiss was a 22nd-round pick of the Rockies - the team his father Walt manages.
Jamie Moyer's son Dillon, a shortstop from UC San Diego, was selected by the Dodgers in the 38th round.
Vanderbilt outfielder Mike Yastrzemski, the grandson of Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski, was drafted in the 13th round by Baltimore.
