Mike Tyson's psychological evaluation The complete report to the Nevada Athletic CommissionPosted: Tuesday October 13, 1998 04:11 PM
LAS VEGAS (CNN/SI) -- CNN/SI has obtained the complete text of the psychological report prepared by a team of doctors who examined former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson last month. The report portrays Tyson as lacking in self-esteem and depressed to the point that he took antidepressant drugs in the months following his second loss to Evander Holyfield. The report was ordered by the Nevada Athletic Commission as a requirement for Tyson, who is attempting to regain his boxing license. Tyson was stripped of his license after biting Holyfield during a heavyweight title fight last year. The commission meets Monday to consider Tyson's request for a license.
