NEW YORK (AP) -- Kentucky Derby winner Monarchos is at Belmont Park to prepare for the Belmont Stakes on June 9.

The gray colt, owned by John Oxley and trained by John Ward, arrived at about 4 p.m. EDT Wednesday from Pimlico in Baltimore, where he finished sixth in the Preakness on Saturday.

Preakness winner Point Given, fifth in the Derby, returned to Churchill Downs on Sunday. If the chestnut colt, owned by Prince Ahmed Salman of Saudi Arabia and trained by Bob Baffert, runs in the Belmont, he is expected to be shipped to Belmont Park during race week.

A field of 10 3-year-olds is expected for the 1 1/2-mile Belmont. Two of them, A P Valentine and Dollar Bill, also raced in both the Derby and Preakness.
