Victory Gallop: Settled early, moved between horses at 4-1/2, 4 wide move in second turn, made a bid at 1/8, finished gamely. Classic Cat: Lallowed to settle, rail run in second turn, angled 3 wide, finished well. Hot Wells: Stumbled at the start, circled 5 wide into the stretch, flattened out. Black Cash: Prominent between horses at 1/2, dropped back in second turn, tired. Spartan Cat: Saved ground, void early speed, failed to menace. Baquero: Sluggish start, rushed 4 wide to clear lead, tired at 3/16. Basic Trainee: Stalked pace 3-wide, roused in second turn, tired in upper stretch. Cape Town: Well placed, 3 wide move in between horses at 3-1/2, dropped buck suddenly. Silver's Prospect: Flipped in paddock, 3 wide first turn, faltered
