Al Unser Sr. (above) didn't win the 1975 Indy 500—but his older brother, Bobby, did, taking a race that was called after 174 laps because of rain. Al Unser finished 16th that year but returned to Victory Lane in 1978 and then again in 1987, when he became the second four-time champ. Unser is also the last man to win back-to-back 500s (1970 and '71).
