Rick Mears raises his hand in triumph after capturing his second Indy 500 in 1984, seemingly just in front of rookie Roberto Guerrero. In fact, Mears was two laps ahead. Mears also won in 1988 and '91, joining A.J. Foyt and Al Unser Sr. as four-time champs.
