MAGNY-COURS, France (Reuters) -- Some Formula One statistics before Sunday's French Grand Prix:

WINS

Michael Schumacher has a record 68 career wins and can secure his 50th victory for Ferrari this weekend.

The next most successful active driver is McLaren's David Coulthard, with 13 wins. Canadian former champion Jacques Villeneuve has 11.

Ralf Schumacher's victory for Williams at the Nuerburgring in Sunday's European Grand Prix gave Formula One its sixth different winner in nine races.

They are Coulthard, Finland's Kimi Raikkonen, Italian Giancarlo Fisichella, Michael and Ralf Schumacher and Colombian Juan Pablo Montoya.

Brazilian Rubens Barrichello is the only driver from one of the top three teams who has yet to win this year.

Ferrari has won 163 races, McLaren 137, Williams 110.

MILESTONE

Jean Todt's first race at the helm of Ferrari was at Magny-Cours in the French Grand Prix of 1993.

Michael Schumacher became the first driver to score more than 1,000 career points last Sunday, taking his tally to 1,003. However systems have changed over the years and the top eight now score.

The nearest current driver is Coulthard with 425.

FRANCE

Schumacher can become the first driver to win the same grand prix seven times, having won in France in 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 2001 and 2002.

The only other drivers to have won the same race six times are France's Alain Prost (Brazil and France) and Brazilian Ayrton Senna (Monaco).

Olivier Panis is the only French driver.

As a team, French carmaker Renault last won with Prost at the wheel in 1983. As engine supplier, it last won with Williams and Damon Hill in 1996.

TREND

Ralf is the only driver to have finished every race in the points this season.

Three drivers have yet to score in 2003 -- Jaguar's Brazilian rookie Antonio Pizzonia, Minardi's Jos Verstappen and Briton Justin Wilson.

POLE

Michael Schumacher has started on pole four times this season, more than any driver. Juan Pablo Montoya, who had seven poles last year, has yet to claim one in 2003.

Kimi Raikkonen took his first pole at the Nuerburgring.

Schumacher has 54 career poles, 11 short of the late Brazilian Ayrton Senna's record.
