After going 4-7 last season, the Deacs lost their starting quarterback, Ben Mauk, for the season (broken arm) in Week 1. Then they lost starting running back Micah Andrews (knee) in Week 3. But last week they went on the road and stomped Ole Miss 27-3, improving their record to 4-0 (with each win coming against a BCS conference team).
