After he blocked a traffic control agent, pushing her backwards with his Lexus when she attempted to keep him from making a turn on a downtown street:
"I think if anything that I could do different, I really should have stopped. I mean, I really didn't think I did anything wrong. I could see if I hit the woman, or she jumped up on my hood and I took her for a ride, or anything like that. But no such thing like that happened. So I'm apologizing for what happened and how it happened. But apologizing to her? I didn't do nothing to apologize for, you know what I'm saying?"
